Order & Return Policy

Placing an Order

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Replacements

• Return window: 7 days from delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Defective, wrong, or damaged items will be replaced or refunded
• Return shipping charges may apply unless it’s our error

Return Process

1. Email us at support@istabooks.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping
3. Refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 working days after inspection

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
